BlockChain Developer

Brief Summary

                            We are seeking an experienced and talented Blockchain Developer with hands-on experience in both Hedera Hashgraph and Kaleido to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in the development of decentralized applications (dApps), smart contracts, and blockchain-based solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge blockchain solutions for our clients.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in blockchain development.
Proven experience working with Hedera Hashgraph and Kaleido platforms.
Solid understanding of cryptography, consensus algorithms, and distributed ledger technology.
Proficient in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Go, or Solidity.
Experience developing and deploying smart contracts.
Strong understanding of Ethereum and other blockchain platforms.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Job Duties:

Design and develop scalable and secure decentralized applications (dApps) and smart contracts on the Hedera Hashgraph and Kaleido platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of blockchain applications to ensure high-quality performance and security.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
Optimize applications for maximum speed, security, and scalability.
Provide technical support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Contribute to the development of best practices, standards, and documentation to enhance the overall quality of our blockchain projects.
Work closely with project managers and team leads to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Continuously learn and share knowledge with team members to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
